Matthew Schwabauer

Matthew Schwabauer is a seasoned procurement manager currently overseeing the New Single Terminal and Parking project at Kansas City International Airport with Clark Construction.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, Matthew has held various roles such as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer at Clark Construction Group.

He has also gained experience in renewable energy and conservation as a former Special Projects member at Good Energy Solutions, Inc., and Conservation Technician at Douglas County Conservation District.

Matthew's versatile skill set extends to carpentry, farming, job engineering, and construction management through positions at Trettel Design, Kaw Valley Home Care, Kiewit, and Bulley & Andrews.

His responsibilities involve Subcontract Purchasing, bid package assembly, RFP management, proposal evaluation, and award processes for different work scopes at the new KCI project.
