Matthew Saiia

Matthew Saiia is the Founder and CEO of Collective Next, a global collaborative change consultancy based in Boston, with a passion for helping organizations think better and move forward since 2003.

He is known for excelling in tackling complex challenges and partnering with clients to craft innovative solutions, driving towards positive change in the corporate landscape.

Apart from his role at Collective Next, Matthew Saiia also holds the distinction of being a founding curator of TEDxBoston, a pioneering independent TED event.

Matthew Saiia's educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Grinnell College, a Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture from San Francisco Art Institute, and sculptural studies at The Glasgow School of Art Singapore and University Lake School.

Prior to his leadership at Collective Next, he served as a Facilitator and Strategy Consultant at Ernst & Young, enriching his experience and expertise in organizational dynamics and strategic consulting.
