Matthew Rosen

Matthew Rosen is a designer, inventor, and engineer, driven by innovative solutions to complex social and environmental challenges.

He is the founder and CEO of Haystack Ag, a company focused on overcoming obstacles to the adoption of regenerative land management practices.

Matthew Rosen pursued a Master's of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and later a Master of Science in Integrated Design and Management at MIT Sloan School of Management.

His educational background also includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.

With experience at GH Labs/Gates Ventures (formerly Global Good/Intellectual Ventures Laboratory), Matthew worked on technology-driven solutions for global health and development issues.

He has a diverse range of interests including music, food, community engagement, travel, and outdoor activities.
