Matthew Roazen, an American lawyer, boasts a career spanning over two decades, serving clients within and outside the FSU. He began his remarkable journey as the first US lawyer in a Russian-based law firm during the post-Soviet era. With practicality, creativity, and nuanced problem-solving approach, he has successfully represented clients in deals and litigation. Roazen holds a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and has also studied Russian at The Pushkin Institute and Bryn Mawr College. Roazen's expertise includes legal consultancy, general counsel, and serving as a registered attorney and adjunct professor.
