Matthew Racz is an energetic and accomplished entrepreneur with a diverse professional background. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware's Lerner College of Business and Economics, where he studied Operations Management. Matthew is a seasoned product lead, having served in that role at CampusLogic's Sponsored Scholar program.

Prior to that, he co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer at Funderbolt, a venture which he sold to Inc. 151. He also co-founded and served as COO of USEED, Inc., a B Corporation specializing in crowdfunding advisory services. Additionally, Matthew has experience as a business operations analyst for JP Morgan, a strategy intern at Venture Development Center, and a social media marketing intern at D4 Creative Group.

He is a passionate innovator always looking for new opportunities to design and test business models, raise funds, counsel leaders and teams, and contribute to projects that advance society. Matthew is highly skilled in capital raising and fundraising strategy, and is devoted to living and promoting a Stoic life rooted in virtue.
