Matthew R. Segall is a versatile finance leader with extensive experience in highly regulated industries. He excels in tackling complex financial, strategic, and operational objectives, contributing to bottom line performance improvements and effective governance practices.

With a background in financial services, insurance, and banking, Matthew has led finance teams across various product lines such as membership, automotive, travel, and insurance. He has served as a strategic partner to multiple units including operations, IT, HR, legal, real estate, audit, compliance, and marketing, among others.

As a CFO to business lines and units, Matthew focuses on activities ranging from month-end close accuracy to annual plan deliveries. He sets growth and expense targets, reviews financial controls, and ensures regulatory compliance. His expertise in FP&A includes developing models, forecasts, staffing plans, and performance tracking mechanisms.

Matthew's experience extends to due diligence, valuation, M&A, and post-merger integration activities. His equity research roles involved analyzing SEC filings, financial statements, and engagement with investor relations.
