He is the Founder of The Sustainable Grain Co., showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to sustainability. Prior to that, he worked as a Freelance Consultant at Snowflake Education, illustrating his versatility and expertise in the education sector.

His academic journey includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Villanova University, where he honed his research skills and contributed to the academic community. Matthew also worked as a Junior Engineer at Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc., showcasing his practical knowledge in engineering applications.
