Matthew Pedersen

Matthew Pedersen is an accomplished professional with a background in defense analysis, Latin American studies, and international relations.

He holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Defense Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School, a MA in Latin American Studies from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Relations from Georgetown University.

Matthew has held several notable positions throughout his career, including Director at the National Security Council in The White House.

Prior to this role, he served as a Special Forces Officer in the US Army, bringing a wealth of military experience and leadership skills to his current endeavors.

His past roles also include Commander of the Joint Operations Group at Special Operations Command Africa, Commander of the Regional Task Force at U.S. Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT), and U.S. Army Attache at the U.S. Embassy in Ankara.
