Matthew Monaco is an experienced architect with over 6 years of experience designing retail and multifamily buildings. He is proficient in generating detailed documents and presentations to specifications and working contract documents. Matthew has experience coordinating and communicating with multiple disciplines, clients, business owners, and city officials. He is skilled in various architectural CAD software systems, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, as well as other design software.

Matthew completed an Associate Degree of Science at Perimeter College and a Bachelor of Architecture with a Minor in Construction at Southern Polytechnic State University. He's been involved with organizations such as Building Systems Design, Inc. as a Support Specialist / Trainer, Phillips Partnership as a Project Coordinator, and LOFA Industries Inc as an AutoCAD Draftsman.
