He currently serves as the CEO of Complexica, a leading Artificial Intelligence software provider catering to supply and demand optimization.

Matthew is also a board member of several ASX-listed companies like Prophecy International (ASX: PRO), ComOps (ASX: COM), and LBT Innovations (ASX: LBT).

Having authored multiple books on various topics including Artificial Intelligence, business intelligence, and personal development, he is a recognized thought leader and influencer in his field.

Matthew's notable achievements include co-founding and leading SolveIT Software, which he grew to nearly 200 employees and $20 million in revenue before its acquisition by Schneider Electric.

He was also the co-founder and CEO of NuTech Solutions, a venture that attracted $15 million in funding, culminating in a successful acquisition by Netezza and subsequently by IBM.
