He is currently the Owner-Operator at M & M Lawn Service, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit. Previously, he successfully managed Melton Metal Fabrication as the Owner Operator, demonstrating his skills in metal fabrication.

Matthew has also gathered valuable retail experience, having worked as an Assistant Manager at Dollar General, where he honed his managerial skills. Prior to that, he served as a Warehouse Manager at Furniture South, gaining expertise in operations and logistics. Additionally, he held the position of Senior Store Manager at General Nutrition Center, highlighting his proficiency in retail management.
