Matthew Lafferty is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in the tech industry.

Starting his career as a Ruby on Rails software engineer in 2006, Matthew has since held various roles including full stack engineer, team leader, mentor, project manager, contractor, head of engineering, CTO, and business owner.

Throughout his career, Matthew has worked across diverse sectors such as advertising, travel, logistics, art, events, recruitment, construction, FinTech, and EdTech to expand his expertise.

Specializing in the start-up to scale-up space, Matthew is focused on driving growth and has a track record of successfully scaling teams and fostering positive team cultures.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool.
