Matthew Kinn

Matthew Kinn is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business development, strategy, and finance. He currently serves as the Head of Business Development at Recursion, a biotech company devoted to using AI, machine vision, and other technologies to radically improve drug discovery and development. Kinn has played a vital role in forging critical partnerships, building the company's pipeline of therapeutics, and shaping the public narrative around the role of technology in life science. He has a BA and BS from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Northwestern University. Before joining Recursion, Kinn served in various consultant and analyst roles at the Boston Consulting Group and UBS Investment Bank.
