Matthew Halcomb is a seasoned Data Center Solutions Architect with a rich background of over 25 years in the Information Technology industry. Currently a Principal Architect at World Wide Technology, he plays a key role in supporting the Advanced Technology Center and customer activities within the organization. Matthew holds expertise in various operating systems like Solaris, Linux, and Microsoft, along with substantial experience in hypervisors including VMware, Xen, and Hyper-V. He pursued his education at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and has held notable positions such as Sr. Systems Administrator, Lead Systems Administrator, and Data Center Solutions Architect at World Wide Technology, showcasing his versatility and leadership in the field. Prior to his role at World Wide Technology, he also served in capacities like Systems Administrator at CompletionAir and Johnson MarCraft, as well as a CAD Engineer at DOMINO.
