Leading end to end talent acquisition strategy and delivery for both Tech and Commercial Executive (Director, Vice President and Senior Vice President) roles across Zalando with a particular focus on Tech leadership (Product & Engineering). Hiring the best talent at Executive level is a strategic priority at Zalando, and our Executive TA team acts as as an internal Executive Search function. As part of this new team, I am partnering with the management board and other senior executives in the business to hire top talent, as well as creating and developing robust recruitment processes and systems to ensure we hire the best global talent  in the entire market.
