Matthew has managed a diverse public real estate portfolio that includes Closed-End RE Funds and REIT common and preferred shares since June 1999, showcasing his expertise in real estate investment management.

He studied Entrepreneurial Studies at Babson College, which has equipped him with a solid foundation in business and entrepreneurship.
