Currently, Matthew serves as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Digital Strategy & Innovation at Randstad, where he leads initiatives to drive digital transformation and growth.

His previous roles include Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Randstad, Director at b-bridge, CFO at Tempo Team, and Senior Group Controller at Randstad, showcasing his diverse expertise in financial management and leadership.

Before his tenure at Randstad, Matthew also held roles at JPMorgan, where he served as Vice President, Associate, and Analyst, honing his skills in financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
