Matthew Culhane

Matthew Culhane is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with a wealth of experience working in large multi-national organizations, particularly in the Pharma, Financial Services, and Management Consulting sectors.

His educational background includes an MBA in Finance from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, participation in the Novartis Strategic HR Program at Stanford University, and a BS in Finance from Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management.

Throughout his career, Matthew has held various key roles such as VP of Human Resources for the Americas Region, VP of Human Resources in Supply Chain, and VP of HR Categories at GSK Consumer Health. He also served as the Region HR Head for Europe at Novartis Consumer Health in the past.

Prior to these roles, he was a Vice President of Human Resources for North America and held positions as HR Director, Director of Global Compensation & Benefits, as well as Director of Compensation & Benefits Consulting at Novartis Consumer Health and American Express.

Matthew's professional journey also includes roles at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Compensation Analyst, Compensation Analyst, and earlier in his career as a Budget Analyst at the Association for Children with Retarded Mental Development.
