Matthew Cleaver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing projects from inception to completion, specializing in Salesforce.com implementation and custom software development on the Force.com platform.

As the Managing Partner of SMBHD, Matthew has a strong background in Global Commercial Systems, supporting Sales and Marketing teams, and process improvement in regulated industries.

With notable expertise in Business Development, acquisitions/divestitures, spin-offs/start-ups, and system integration, Matthew excels in collaboration, quality, and ERP systems.

Matthew Cleaver holds an MBA in Information and Technology Management with a 4.0 GPA from Capella University and a BS in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

Prior to his current role, Matthew served as the Sr. Manager/Salesforce.com Practice Lead at Technology Services Group in Chicago and held project management positions at Abbott Laboratories, Fenwal Inc., and Hospira.

His proficiency spans across Microsoft Office365, MS SharePoint versions 2003, 2007, and 2010, and ETL (extract, transform, load) processes.
