Matthew Baker is an accomplished engineering director with years of experience in the tech industry. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and studied at East Grand Rapids High School. Matthew started his career as Head Sailing Instructor at South Haven Yacht Club and then went on to work as an intern at One Workplace and SV Angel, respectively. He went on to work as a Senior iOS Developer at Lookout before eventually landing at Gladly, where he served as a Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Engineering Manager, and is now the Director of Engineering. Matthew also co-founded Battery Gray before it was eventually acquired. With his strong background in engineering and leadership skills, Matthew has become a well-respected figure in the tech industry.
