Matthew Antigua is a professional with a diverse educational background. He studied Employment Law at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, Associate of Science (AS) in Culinary Arts/Chef Training at The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hotel and Restaurant Administration at the University of the Philippines.
Throughout his career, Matthew has held various roles in the hospitality industry. He worked at prestigious establishments like Ashford Castle as a People & Culture Officer, where he was also involved in recruitment and guest services. Additionally, he served as the AVP Customer Experience/Director of Quality Performance Improvement at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and held positions at InterContinental London Park Lane and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., including roles as a Senior Human Resources Officer and Quality and Human Resources Manager.
