Matteus Sobczynski is a multicultural professional with extensive experience in logistics, business development, and project management. Born to Polish parents on Iceland, he was raised on both Iceland and Denmark before moving to Germany in 2011, where he currently resides. Matteus has gained a deep understanding of European business, including its unique cultural nuances. He studied Freight Forwarding and Logistics at the International Business College and HHX at Ribe Handelsskole.

Matteus's career began as a Trainee at IAT A/S, followed by a Sales Manager position at Mankind. Later he worked as a Forwarding Agent at IAT A/S, Business Development at DSV, Global Transport and Logistics, Business Development at EP Eurologistik, and Head of Logistics at SCHUBERTH. He was also the Co-Founder of adoptr and an Innovation & Change Management executive at affinis, among his many other roles. Currently serving as the Founder of Matteus Consulting, this experienced professional combines his knowledge base from the logistics industry with innovative ideas, offering companies unique solutions to the most challenging management problems.
