Matt Young, MBA, is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various organizations.

He holds a Master of Business Administration in Leadership (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, both from Liberty University. He also completed his high school diploma at Kearsarge Regional High School.

Currently, Matt serves as the Assistant Director of Employer Relations at Liberty University, leveraging his expertise in fostering connections between employers and the university. Prior to this role, he held the position of Employer Relations Coordinator within the same institution.

His professional journey includes roles such as Athletics Business Coordinator at Rice University, Graduate Assistant for Football Operations, Intern for Senior Associate Athletics Director for Internal Operations, Resident Assistant, Athletics Tutor, Football Equipment Manager, and Group Fitness Instructor at Liberty University.

Matt Young has also showcased his skills beyond the realm of academia, having worked as a Pro Shop Clerk focusing on Outdoor Operations and Grounds Crew at the Baker Hill Golf Club. Additionally, he contributed to the education sector as a Substitute Teacher at Kearsarge Regional School District and gained retail experience as a Center Store and Front End Service Clerk at Hannaford Supermarkets.
