Matt Young, a seasoned music industry veteran of 20 years, is currently the President of Warner Music Artist Services, where he supervises and steers WMG's worldwide merchandising, E-commerce, consumer product licensing, VIP, ticketing, and CRM teams. He manages and provides service to Atlantic Records, Warner Bros, Warner Music Nashville, and various other artists. Prior to his association with WMG in 2008, Matt founded his own record label. Additionally, he held executive positions with various merchandising companies while spearheading global product strategies for notable brands such as My Chemical Romance, Linkin Park, Fall Out Boy, Snoop Dog, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and others. Matt commenced his career as an on-air college DJ for WSOU at Seton Hall University. He then converted his internship into a full-time position at Earache Records before making his way into artist services.
