Matt Turnbull

Matt Turnbull is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive recruitment, talent acquisition, and team building for SaaS, xTech, and Go-to-Market focused companies. He has a strong understanding of D.E.I. recruitment and its importance and has overseen national and global recruiting processes with a focus on creating efficiency within the recruitment department. Matt has developed candidate pipelines for growing talent demands, proactively sourcing passive candidates and partnering with executive management to forecast current and future staffing needs. He has trained and supervised in-house recruiters, managed relationships with external recruiters, and used multiple systems and platforms to track applications, test skills, and on-boarding processes. In addition to his professional experience, Matt has also been a professor of Digital Marketing, Media & Emerging Technology Management at NYU's Executive Master's Program, where he was awarded the "Teacher Excellence Award." His personal interests include running, triathlons, surfing, sailing, and climbing, having once accidentally summited the highest mountain in South America.
