Senior Disaster Program Manager

Chapter Disaster leader managing the most active disaster response area in North Texas.  Liaison between Red Cross senior management and community emergency management offices.  Responsible for mobilizing and leading volunteers with 24/7 support in community disaster response through community leaders and Dallas residents (shelters, mobile feeding units, emergency aid stations, home fire preparedness, health and mental health services, services to armed forces, pillowcase project, training programs, etc.).
•	Organized and helped direct Dallas shelter response during Hurricane Harvey. 
•	Regional operations lead for Garland/Rockwall tornado response and Dallas police shooting in 2016.
•	Created effective marketing and public relations strategies to increase visibility within the community.  When tasked with Home Fire Campaign, which installs smoke alarms in socially vulnerable areas, was able to reach 200% of annual goal given.  
•	Heads campaigns that drive fund development revenue; both corporate and individual gifts.
•	Over 300% of goal achieved through “Pillowcase Project” which educates school aged children in emergency preparedness.

Disaster Program Manager

Traveled on-site/location to catastrophic disaster areas and serve as area dispatcher for emergency services within Fannin, Grayson, Cooke, and Montague Counties.  Served as the American Red Cross spokesperson, providing accurate information to the media about services available to victims (emergency shelters, mobile feeding units, etc.), as well as providing media relations at the disaster scene.
