Managed a team of 21 and supported hiring efforts for People Operations, BizOps, Finance, Real Estate and Workplace Services, Legal, Product Quality Operations, Sales, and many others.Conducted a deep dive analysis on HR Business Partner hiring activity over a 3 year period to help troubleshoot high pass through rates and pipeline issues. Results led to a 400% increase in offers within the first three quarters of 2014 compared to the progress made over a three year span.Constructed the hiring process for a business unit who had never gone directly to the external market, and was enduring a hiring Code Red. Within one quarter, assembled job descriptions, interviewer pools, structured interview guides, a global execution team, and an accelerated staffing lifecycle; exceeding their aggressive hiring targets. Through iterations we were able to save 85 hours of interviewer time while maintaining a 3.2:1 onsite to offer ratio.  Conceptualized and built a two part series for all members in staffing who interact with the management consulting talent pool to help explain the landscape in a management consulting firm, and how we can optimize for success in our approach and messaging to this highly sought after skill set.
