I stayed on for over a year to help the transition while simultaneously launching the brand's largest technical innovation in over 20 years, helped Free Solo win an Academy Award and delivered on 11% growth over LY. I successfully transitioned my entire team to Denver and helped initiate the search for my successor.

Independent consultancy serving as Interim and Fractional CMO to help companies build teams and scale brands.

Senior Executive Global Marketing Consultant 

Responsible for the Marketing function of experiences internet start-up. Led the executive team on a complete rebrand/site redesign, oversaw the management of a global athlete ambassador team and built the company's gear business from the ground up which delivered on $2M in sales in the first six weeks selling full-priced apparel, footwear and accessories from the likes of The North Face, adidas, Mountain Hardware, Burton, Camelbak, etc.

VP of Marketing

Served as Head of Marketing for global lifestyle apparel/footwear/accessories brand. Helped grow from one product category in a single sales channel to three categories in three channels. Integrated full omnichannel experience, including twelve retail stores in the U.S. and Japan.

Led Sports Marketing for the entire Clif portfolio. Oversaw 1500+ athletes, teams and partners. Negotiated all partnership marketing deals and oversaw all owned race events.

Clif Bar & Company

Director, Sports Marketing

Responsible for overall brand management and marketing for youth focused global footwear/apparel/accessories brand sold and distributed in over 65 countries. Seven direct reports and three external agencies with a dotted line to a team of 50+ across brand, product and sales. Responsible for P&L of a range consisting of more than 500 SKUs each season. Oversaw all brand and product marketing campaigns and led a minimum of 6-8 new global product launches each season.

Head of Marketing for leading global technical outerwear brand in snowboarding and freeskiing. Led the company's launch into lifestyle apparel inclusive of a full rebrand. Oversaw the management of a global athlete team representing more than two dozen athletes from eight different countries.
