    Matt Rutledge is an Associate Professor of the Practice of Economics at Boston College and a Research Fellow at the Center for Retirement Research.4 He has held these positions since July 2018.4 Rutledge earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Michigan in 2010, specializing in labor, public finance, and health economics.4 He also holds an M.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Economics from Boston College.4
