Matt Rubin is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader hailing from Indiana University Bloomington, where he earned degrees in Business, Biology, Chemistry, and MBA. He boasts a diverse professional background, having served in various roles and capacities across different organizations.

Matt is the Founder and CEO of True Essence Foods, a company that specializes in the production of plant-based foods. Previously, he co-founded Tau Motors and served as its Technical Lead. He also founded and served as the CEO of SoChatti, a company that produces premium chocolate products.

In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Matt has served as the Associate Director of JCEI and an Entrepreneurship Lecturer at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington. He has also held positions as the Assistant Director of Technology Commercialization and Director of IJCCR at IURTC.
