Technical Product Leader
Matt Rogish is a seasoned engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in various CTO and Director-level roles in tech startups.
His recent role was as the VP of Data & Analytics at Series B adtech startup Source Digital, and he co-founded Kubernetes-focused startups Kimball and ReactiveOps (acquired by private equity) in 2019.
Matt excels in transforming engineering organizations to enhance quality and productivity, aligning product teams with business objectives, bridging communication between C-suite and engineering departments, and leading teams in executing and delivering software projects.
He has a strong background in delivering presentations at conferences, contributing to client-facing sales, and marketing endeavors.
