Matt Rhodes

Matt Rhodes is the Co-Founder and CFO of Foundry, a role he has held since March 2021. In this position, he oversees various critical functions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance, accounting, integration, and capital raising. Foundry focuses on growing brands to enhance customer experiences.1

Prior to his current role, Rhodes was the Founder of T.O. Student Tutoring, a tutoring company that served over 1,000 clients and provided job opportunities for numerous high school tutors from October 2008 to May 2022. He also served as Vice President in Private Equity at Ares Management Corporation from June 2014 to April 2021.1

Rhodes holds a degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was recognized on the Dean's List.1
