Matt Rausch is a seasoned professional with over 19 years of progressive IT, software development, and cyber security experience.

He has a strong background in leading and delivering Blockchain solutions within the intelligence community, utilizing a diverse range of platforms, software, and hardware.

Matt's software engineering expertise includes C/C++, JAVA development using the J2EE architecture, web application development, and deployment using WebLogic and Apache.

In addition to software development, he has extensive experience in network configuration and management, providing valuable IT support to multiple mission-critical systems within the Department of Defense.

His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Matt Rausch has been associated with various prominent organizations, serving as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University Maryland, and holding key roles such as Blockchain Lead, Technology Lead, and Solutions Architect at Booz Allen Hamilton.

He has also contributed his expertise as the IoT Thrust Lead / Lead Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, and previously held managerial and engineering positions at Accenture, Engility (formerly Dynamics Research Corporation), Base2 Tech, and CAS Severn, Inc.
