Matt Quarles

Matt Quarles is a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a skillset that can be an asset to any organization. His professional involvement in the fields of digital manufacturing and advanced composites construction and processing is impressive. He has a history of working with various processing techniques and materials such as sheet metal, thermoformed plastics, composites, welding, painting, design, quoting, program management, and continuous improvement.

Quarles completed his certification in programming and A in Thermwood G-code certification training. Additionally, he pursued CAD/CAM training and earned an A from Missouri Southern University. He gained expertise in inspection and reverse engineering with an A certification from Polyworks certification. Furthermore, his interest in polymer/plastics engineering led him to Pittsburg State University.

He has previously worked as a Design Engineer and Program Manager/ Tooling Engineer at Able Manufacturing & Assembly, LLC, and as a Mastercam Instructor at Neosho County Community College. To add to his experience, he served as the 2nd shift production supervisor at Able Design Plastics and as a Tooling Engineer at Wilbert Plastic Services.
