Matt Putman is a prominent figure in the South African Fintech industry, known for co-founding iKhokha, a pioneering Fintech company in Africa focusing on disrupting the financial services sector.

With over 7 years of experience at iKhokha, Matt has led a dedicated team of over 100 individuals, driving the company's growth and establishing it as a key player in the SME space in South Africa.

Under Matt's leadership, iKhokha achieved several milestones including introducing the first bank-agnostic e-commerce-driven financial services brand in South Africa, developing the first South African mobile card machine with international accreditation, and launching innovative products like the iKhokha Cash Advance.

His contributions were recognized with accolades such as the MTN Enterprise App of the Year 2016 and the Mastercard Global Innovation award at the Mastercard Innovation Forum in Budapest 2016.
