Matt Prigge is a Teaching Artist at Story Pirates, where he focuses on fostering creativity and storytelling skills among children. He has a rich background in arts education, having taught hundreds of students in New York City public schools through various organizations, including Story Pirates and Wingspan Arts.13
In addition to his role as a teaching artist, Prigge is also involved in the theater community as a producer. He previously served as the Producing Artistic Director at The Peoples Improv Theater (The PIT NYC), where he produced numerous sketch shows.12 He is an alumnus of Ithaca College, holding a B.F.A. in Acting, and has studied at the Moscow Art Theatre through The National Theater Institute.3
