Matt Pinckney

Matthew Pinckney is an experienced intellectual property attorney with a diverse range of expertise in patent drafting and prosecution, trademark protection, negotiation of intellectual property agreements, and providing legal opinions on patents and trademarks. His practice encompasses preparing and prosecuting patent applications, securing trademarks and copyrights, negotiating IP agreements, and advising on IP infringement, patentability, and validity issues. Specializing in various technical fields such as medical devices, integrated circuit design, power systems, and more, he has a track record of successfully protecting clients' trademarks and copyrights while guiding them in brand development. Matthew holds a J.D. from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Catholic University of America.
