Director, Product Management - Google Hardware Store (2016 - 2021) 
- I led a team of talented Product Managers, Designers and User Researchers who envisioned and executed the customer experience for the Google Hardware Store (store.google.com). We also built the custom POS software for Google's first retail store in NYC.

Director, Program Management - Google Cloud Business Systems (2015 - 2016) 
- Led a team of program managers and BSAs for the Google Cloud business systems group. This included Sales and Support CRM, Order Management, Customer Support and Partner Reseller systems.

My team built Tango's e-commerce platform and mobile experience for B2C and C2C buying and selling. This was the first messenger-based e-commerce platform in the US.

Director of Product Management (2012 - 2014)
- My team led eBay's desktop and mobile C2C selling products across all global markets. These included the consumer seller listing flows, eBay Valet (ebay.com/sellforme), My eBay Selling, Instant Sale in Germany (elektronik-ankauf.ebay.de/verkaufen) and the selling APIs used by the eBay iOS and Android apps.

Group Product Manager (2010 - 2012)
- Ran product for eBay's global home pages, category pages, seasonal/holiday pages & sites and the US Daily Deals platform (ebay.com/deals/). Also briefly ran product for eBay's multi-million dollar global advertising business.

Sr Product Manager I & II (2006 - 2010)
- Led a large, global redesign effort of eBay's home pages. Also worked in Search building recall algorithms and search front-end apps for displaying catalog products.

Product Manager (2003 - 2006)
- I built an ML and rules-based classification engine for Yahoo! Shopping. This allowed the Shopping platform to classify large volumes of item data from e-commerce websites for display in the Yahoo Shopping vertical.

Account Manager (1999 - 2003)
- Before e-commerce was a "thing", I was responsible for selling and managing the e-commerce programs for Yahoo's largest merchant accounts such as Macy's, 1800flowers, Crate and Barrel etc. I'm glad e-commerce worked out.
