He served as the CEO of GeoEye and later, OneWeb, leading both companies to successful acquisitions and establishing their position as global leaders in geospatial intelligence. Keynote speaker and thought-leader in the telecom and satellite technology industry, O'Connell is now an Operating Partner at Data Collective Venture Capital and a Managing Partner at Seraphim Capital.
