    Matt Nish-Lapidus is an independent designer and creative technologist based in Toronto, Canada. He is also a design instructor at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design (CIID) and an active musician and artist.

    Throughout his career, Matt has worked on a diverse range of projects, from digital library catalog systems to enterprise software, video games, and large-scale public installations. He has collaborated with well-known organizations like Coca-Cola as well as with small startups.

    With a strong focus on addressing the challenges and opportunities of our networked world, Matt's design practice aims to create beautiful and expressive solutions that enhance products and spaces.

    Matt Nish-Lapidus holds a Master of Visual Studies in Studio Art from the University of Toronto and a Honors Bachelor of Fine Arts in New Media from Ryerson University. He has also served as a sessional instructor at various institutions including the University of Toronto and Ryerson University.

    In addition to his role as a design instructor at CIID, Matt has held positions at various organizations such as Normative, IxDA, and Toronto International Film Festival. His experience ranges from design director roles to user experience consulting and web development.

    As an artist and musician, Matt Nish-Lapidus brings a unique perspective to his design work, infusing creativity and artistry into his projects.
