Matt Mullins, MBA

Matt Mullins is an accomplished finance professional with over two decades of experience in mortgage banking and consumer finance. He acquired both undergraduate and MBA degrees in Finance from California State University and Biola University, respectively. Throughout his career, Matt has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in leveraging Excel VBA macros and SQL queries to mine databases for building reports. Matt currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Shea Mortgage, a builder lender affiliated with Shea Homes.

Before joining Shea Mortgage, Matt had responsibilities as the Vice President of Finance at Cove Financial Group, Director of Finance at Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Senior Portfolio Analyst at Downey Savings & Loan, and Risk Reporting Associate at Cerberus Capital Management. His breadth of experience also includes being an Associate Trader at NC Capital Corporation, Index Options Trader at Self, and Loan Consultant at United Lending Group.
