Matt MEng

Matt MEng is an experienced engineer with a special interest in energy efficiency and sustainability. He is a member of Engineers Australia and is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in energy power systems at the University of Murdoch. Matt excels in design optimization and finding innovative engineering solutions.

With a background in leading multi-disciplinary teams and a mix of industry experience in design projects, improvement initiatives, and sales roles, Matt has a proven track record of creating business opportunities and seeing them through the entire project lifecycle. He values strong relationships with technical and commercial clients.

Matt's core strengths lie in areas such as energy efficiency, leadership, commercial acumen, engineering expertise, effective presentation and communication skills, after-market support, cogeneration, trigeneration, oil and gas sector, and heat transfer.

Professionally, Matt has been associated with reputable organizations like South Pole as an Associate Director and Principal Consultant in Climate Strategies, Energetics as a Senior Manager, Goldman Energy as a Sales Executive, Heatric as an Account Manager and Design Engineer, Chevron as an Undergraduate Process Engineer, and UC San Diego for a research placement.

His educational background includes studying CMVP at EVO and completing a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) with a focus on Chemical Engineering, achieving a 2:1 grade from the University of Bath.
