Locate and assist organisations find subcontract IT talent.  Manage key accounts, ensure we continue to solve IT staffing problems.

Continue to oversee the growth and development of personnel within R121 LLC Sorrento Valley office.

VP West Coast

Member of an internal global steering committee; representing our North American office.  Ensuring that we implement and maintain a consistency of processes, procedures and rewards across all regions.
Also supervise the day to day running of numerous high profile North American accounts; ensuring we continue to deliver quality SAP specialists in a timely manner to our clients.  Continue to oversee the growth and development of personnel within R121 LLC.

Operations Manager

Developed resource business plan & resource strategy.  Devised policies and procedures to ensure reduced timelines for recruiting cycle.  Managing supplier relationships. Comprehensive database management and profiling of SAP consultants.  Oversee the resource department within R121 LLC.

Resource Director

Identified and screened consultants for both salaried or contract vacancies.  Ensured consultants received timely feedback on their applications.  Comprehensive database management and profiling of SAP consultants.  Oversee the resource department within R121 LLC.

Resource Manager

Networked exisiting consultant relationships to increase the number of SAP qualified consultants on our database.  Developed new consultant relationships. Identified and screened consultants for salaried or contract vacancies.  Ensured consultants received timely feedback on their applications.

Resource Consultant

Ensured trade partners in UK and Ireland received adequate training in both technology (Galileo / Sabre) and British Airways products and promotions.  Co-ordinated events across the country including all hotel bookings, joining materials, equipment, event materials, training materials, promotional giveaways and prizes for up to 6 events daily.  Each event consisted of 20-30 attendees and 2-3 training staff.
