Matt Mayfield

Matt Mayfield is a seasoned revenue operations manager, product development engineer, and marketing strategist with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. Matt has a talent for spotting companies with great products and developing innovative ways to expand their markets and reach their full potential. He earned his BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and started his career as an engineer at Data Measurement/Measurex/Honeywell. Matt's career has since taken him through several executive positions, including Chief Growth Officer at D.Labs, VP Sales and Marketing at Lohika, and Non-Executive Board Member at Datalab. As the Co-Founder of bizXpand and DevCenter2, Matt helped develop and launch new products and services. In his current role as Revenue Operations Manager at Code Climate, Matt oversees sales operations, sales enablement, and sales analytics.
