Matt Macdonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and tech industry. He started his career as a Digital Recruitment Consultant and worked with a range of clients in the field of technology. He later went on to become the Director at Blue Sky Talent, where he served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in the tech industry. He then joined Ethos BeathChapman as a Digital Recruitment Consultant, where he helped companies find the right candidates to fill their tech positions. Matt's expertise in tech recruitment led him to become a Guest Lecturer at Academy Xi and later an Instructor at General Assembly, where he trained students on how to succeed in the tech industry. Currently, Matt works as an Account Executive at HubSpot, a leading marketing, sales, and service software company.
