Matt Kudlacz

Matt Kudlacz is an accomplished educator and organizational development professional with an impressive track record in the tech industry. He holds a Master of Education degree with a focus on secondary education and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History. He is also currently pursuing an Immersion Certificate in Human Capital Engineering and Analytics from the NYU Tandon School of Engineering.

Matt has held several positions in various organizations, including as a High School Social Studies Teacher at Omaha North Magnet High School, a Manager of Organizational Enablement at Johnson & Johnson, and a Senior Manager of Talent Analysis, Planning, and Operations at Apple. In his time at Apple, he also served as Senior Manager of Global Talent Development and as Tech Team Manager. Prior to his work in education and organizational development, Matt worked in graphic design and digital design management. He has also served as a Supplemental Instructor at the University of Nebraska.
