Matt Kozlov

Matt Kozlov is the Managing Director of multiple Techstars accelerators, including Techstars Los Angeles powered by J.P. Morgan, Techstars Healthcare, and Techstars Space. He has a substantial background in venture capital, having invested in over 80 rapidly growing companies in sectors such as deep tech, healthcare, and e-commerce, with notable graduates from his programs including OrbitFab, Morpheus Space, and AppliedVR.134

Before joining Techstars, Kozlov held various leadership roles in the tech industry. He was the Head of Corporate Development at Telesign, a firm specializing in antifraud solutions, and served as CEO of Moonshark, a mobile entertainment venture backed by Creative Artists Agency and Qualcomm. His earlier experience includes positions at Sony Music Entertainment, Yahoo!, and Bain & Company, where he focused on corporate strategy and product development. Kozlov is an alumnus of Harvard University, where he studied economics.123
