Matt Katawicz is a Strategy Services Manager at Workboard, specializing in OKR coaching and driving smart growth for companies globally.
With a background in project management, functional design, and change management, Matt has held various roles at Accenture from 2016 to 2019, leading transformation initiatives and benefiting from analysis and projections.
Currently an advocate for the Alzheimer's Association, Matt supports the organization at national, state, and local levels, participating in fundraisers such as Walk to End Alzheimer's in California.
Matt's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Finance from Santa Clara University, complemented by a Valedictorian Diploma from Leigh High School.
His professional experience spans from serving in management and consulting roles at Workboard and Accenture to internships at Apple and Lockton Companies.
Matt also has a history of leadership, having been President of the Alpha Kappa Psi - Psi Omega Chapter and engaging in volunteer work as a San Jose Walk to End Alzheimer's Team Relations Subcommittee Chair.
