Matt Jensen

Matt Jensen is an experienced people leader and coach with a background in International Relations, French language, Human Resources Management, and Organizational Effectiveness.

He holds a B.A. in International Relations and French Language from The University of Georgia and an M.S. in Human Resources Management and Organizational Effectiveness from New York University.

Matt has a rich professional journey, having worked at prestigious organizations such as McKinsey & Company, Alcoa, The Clinton Global Initiative, and Blackbaud Inc.

At McKinsey & Company, Matt served as a Partner Integration Specialist and Executive Coach. Prior to that, he was a Partner Hires Senior Analyst indulging in talent management responsibilities at McKinsey. Additionally, he held roles at Alcoa as a Talent Management Senior Analyst, Employee Engagement & HR Metrics Analyst, and as part of the Talent Management Graduate Fellowship program.

Before his tenure at Alcoa, Matt also gained valuable experience as a Database Manager at The Clinton Global Initiative and an Educational Consultant at Blackbaud Inc.

His diverse experiences have shaped him into a skilled professional adept at coaching individuals of various experience levels and backgrounds.
