With a diverse background in performing, acting, and corporate management, Matt Horgan is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in improvisation and 13 years as a Manager at Turner Broadcasting.

Transitioning from his corporate role, Matt Horgan assumed the position of Associate Artistic Director at Dad's Garage Theatre in 2011, overseeing the Corporate programs and contributing to the vibrant artistic community by performing, writing, teaching, and directing various shows.

At Dad's Garage Theatre, Matt Horgan engages with over 30,000 patrons annually, working tirelessly to deliver humor and entertainment through a range of creative avenues.

Known for his exceptional abilities in improv, Matt Horgan offers corporate teams the opportunity to enjoy private improv shows and workshops that enhance communication, creativity, and collaboration.

Matt Horgan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Media Arts from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theatre/Theater from Shorter University, reflecting his commitment to both the arts and media.
